Rupali Patil graduated from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. She had her debut solo exhibition Everybody Drinks but Nobody Cries in 2014 at Clark House Initiative. Her work has been shown at the 14th Istanbul Biennial, 2015; Kamrado, Stedelijk Museum Bureau Amsterdam, 2015; Eros, Para Site and University Museum and Art Gallery, Hong Kong, 2014; in Cast Aside, Clark House Initiative, Bombay, 2014; Insert, New Delhi, 2014; a collaborative site-specific mural for the Communist Party of India Office, Bombay, 2012.
