Nikhil Raunak is a recipient of the Inlaks Fine Art Award 2015 and Government Silver Medal at Sir JJ School of Art, University of Mumbai. His first solo Someday is today was exhibited at Clark House Initiative, Bombay in 2013. He participated in numerous group exhibitions including Arranging Chairs for Ai Weiwei, 2012; ICU-Jest collateral of the Kochi-Muzirius Biennale 2012; L’exigence de la saudade at Kadist Art Foundation Paris 2013; We have arrived nowhere, Transnational Pavilion during the Venice Biennale 2013; INSERT-2014, Mati Ghar, New Delhi 2014; International Artists Initiated, David Dale Galleries and Studios, Glasgow 2014; and Irish Museum of Modern Art 2016.
